These terms govern the reservation and stay you book with Ocean Dream Cancún by GuruHotel, located at Blvd. Kukulcan KM 9,5, Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico. The lodging contract is with the hotel. GuruHotel operates the website and booking tools on the hotel’s behalf and is not the lodging provider.

Reservation and price
A reservation is subject to the availability and rate shown at confirmation. The price, taxes, and payment conditions are those displayed in the summary before you confirm. Cancellation, early departure, no-show, changes, and refunds follow the hotel’s policies.
Messages
By giving your mobile number or email address, you agree to receive messages from the hotel by SMS, WhatsApp, and email about your reservation and stay. They can include the confirmation, pre-arrival information, check-in and check-out details, digital forms such as online check-in, answers to your questions, service updates, and a request for feedback after your stay.
Promotional offers are sent only with separate consent. How often you hear from us depends on your reservation and your conversation with the hotel. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any booking or purchase.
To stop SMS or WhatsApp, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation message. For email, use the link at the bottom of the message. Opting out of one channel does not opt you out of the others. For help, reply HELP or email auxrecepcion@hotelodc.com.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. You keep the rights granted by the Federal Consumer Protection Law, including the right to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO). Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, without limiting those rights.
